Hi, I'm Yukti, a registered psychologist.

I’ve been supporting clients for over 7 years, working alongside adults navigating the messiness, complexity, and beauty of being human.

I work with adults who are navigating all kinds of life terrain, eating and body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, neurodivergence, identity, grief, and change. Some are in crisis. Others are simply seeking something deeper, more real.

I approach therapy holistically. That means I hold space not just for your thoughts, but for your emotions, body, relationships, culture, and story.

I’m trained in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema, and mindfulness-based approaches. But just as importantly, I believe in the power of relationship therapy that feels safe, real, and collaborative.


As a culturally and linguistically diverse therapist of Indian background, I speak Hindi and Gujarati. I bring cultural humility and sensitivity into my work, particularly with clients navigating identity, family expectations, and intergenerational experiences.
